We firmly believe in supplying quality over quantity. Therefore, we only submit the strongest candidates who meet your requirements. We discuss these candidates with you face-to-face and supplement this conversation with our interview notes so you have a full understanding of each person.

CLIENT PROCESS MANAGEMENT
We understand that recruitment is time consuming. We take care of all the details at this stage and fully manage the interview process, including offering our own offices – which may be of use for more sensitive or confidential appointments. We can also attend interviews with you to add value.

OFFER MANAGEMENT
Starting off on the right foot is a critical stage in the process of securing talent. We provide total transparency: we advise you of candidates’ current remuneration and their expectations for accepting a role, and we aim to make sure that any offer will meet the candidate’s requirements, aiding a smooth transition.

POST PLACEMENT
This is often overlooked, but it should be treated with equal importance to the other steps of the process. Although we aim to deliver a value-added, pleasurable experience to both the company and candidate, we don’t really know until we ask! That’s is why we hold a post-placement meeting with you to find out whether we could improve any aspect of the process.
